Skype Bulk Transfer Control

I guess this is an application that prioritizes incoming / outgoing call traffic for skype. I will be waiting the for the solutions that hold / minimizes all traffic on port 110/25/80/8080 or just all ports that skype is not using so the sound is clear.

Responds to incoming / outgoing Skype calls and pauses all transfers within both Azureus and Newsbin.

Environment : Windows XP SP2.
